These classes will involve contact work. 

(Gum shields and Women to wear chest protectors is advised)

Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes.

All students must be over 18.

All students have to be able to stand and move unaided.

As with all types of exercise, if you have any doubts about your health or fitness level please check with your doctor before attending.

Students participation in live interactive and pre-recorded non-interactive online classes/instruction is at their own risk and subject to and governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Online students are encouraged to practice in a suitable enviroment and spacious area free of obstructions.
